Purpose statement
Manages infrastructure projects to ensure the highest level of performance and availability.
What are we looking for in you
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably related to Engineering. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate complies with the profile of the position.
- 1+ years relevant business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Interest in market analysis, sales, marketing.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals & distributors.
- Develops and executes an action plan for each customer.
- Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc.) to resolve customer requests."
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the planning, execution and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines, within budget and by following organized and repeatable procedures.
- Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders and effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies (e.g. GSM).
- Conducts project postmortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Quality System Requirements
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
